Thanks speedos, im checking It out now. SOme good stuff being brought up in this thread, I can vouch for synfig studio, that was mentioned by Luerkensten. It's mainly good for bone driven animation.

cheers:) another thing, you know the "spline" tool any ideas how you can draw with it continuously, or if there is some way to place a point using the keyboard, just that clicking the mouse like crazy is bad for the fingers. Also do you know how to use the "edge" tool? Thanks for posting this cool program BTW, Iv'e tried many "pixel art" drawing programs and this is definitely one of the better ones (I tried a japanese one that people on deviant art were raving about, but I found it quite clunky and non-intuitive.

kinda lost on the problem It's a good program and I agree with you on the file size. With the spline tool I was just wondering how I could draw with it consistently, rather than clicking all the time, you know what I mean?
