What are some of your favorite consoles, which consoles do you emulate? What operating system do you use? I personally really like the ZX spectrum, probably one of the most underappreciated consoles. Its color palette is beautiful and the games on it are all unique and interesting. The music for it was awesome too and there is still an active community making new games and things for it today. Also if you havent checked, theres a cool article by Jinxtengu on some games: www.revengeofthesunfish.com/jones.htmlI also love the PS1 for its large display of various kinds of games, including weird ones, mainly because it came during an exploration of early 3D, bearing us fruits like Tail of the Sun, LSD etc. Theres a LOT of weird stuff for that console out there like strange japanese horror games. I remember having a list of them which I cannot find atm. I use Windows 7 with the UI set to look like XP cause proper lizards use square windows ONLY. I also sometimes install some strange OSs or watch videos about them. I like the look of some old OSs like NextStep
What about you guys?

Chaos battle of the wizards is the best Zx spectrum game I've come across. It has a cool unofficial port on the atari St with samples from red dwarf and blade runner That game is legitimately quite playable.

[quote author="@macabre" Oh, forgot to say - want to try Amiga Forever for playing Mind Walker! [/quote]
Have you tried using winuae? that's what I use. It's not perfect and you need the kickstart roms, but it does the job. I always had a softspot for the Amiga, because my brother had one and it was sort of my introduction to cool video games (prior to that I had an atari 2600). There were some great games on that system, another world, monkey island, shadow of the beast, syndicate, turrican.. great stuff.

Don't leave me, don't go away. Stay near me for one more day. You know my love will never die.
I would rather be in your arms tonight. Finally to close my eyes, and you to hold me tight. I would rather be in your arms tonight. Finally to close my eyes, forever in your arms.
