Anyone even slightly concerned about what appears to be the start of WW3, and the very real possibility total nuclear annihilation? It's like wow.. preeety messed up I think.
I don't think it'll be as fun or as colorful as this sadly.

I was just reading the fact sheet that the people of Guam have been issued. It contains such nuggets of wisdom as "Do not look at the flash or fireball — it can blind you". and "If an attack warning is issued, take cover as quickly as you can, under concrete structure or below ground if possible," also "Fallout radiation loses its intensity fairly rapidly. In time you will be able to leave a fallout shelter."
also did anybody catch the North Korean press release responding to trumpp earlier in the week. It read like something out of samurai showdown: "This is extremely getting on the nerves of the artillerymen of the army".
the situation kinda sounds like a plot from a really bad science fiction novel. rather surreal. I just feel bad for the south Koreans though. They hardly seem to get much of a say in all this, I mean not to mention the locals in Guam and the Japanese. An escalation just seems like such a bad idea but that looks like exactly what’s happening...
As I see it, the US can probably fuck up North Korea (though I doubt if they could actually defeat them), but not without every other country in the region getting completely fucked-up as well. I can’t really afford to worry about this either though, because it’s just too depressing.

I certainly don't like the idea, but it's hard to know what to worry about when there seems to be a new threat like this every few months

I haven't seen "Where the wind blows" but it actually does looks good. Thanks for recommending Speedos. I’m wondering if it'll be as sad as "Grave of the Fireflies"

Thats cool. Thanks for sharing Tapeworm. Here's an old song I found recently by a newzealand band about ccccomputer games, eheh pretty funny. Good thing those missiles didn't get launched after all, it would've been like when Germany invaded Poland, kinda.

I reckon China wouldn't mind DPRK starting a blue with the USA so they don't look like the bad guys.
I remember many years ago when I was living overseas--maybe it was when North Korea were progressing their nuclear stuffs--that the thought hit me that they'd probably aim at the USA's allies first, IE Japan or Australia or SK or something, and see what the US does.

that's not a bad point really, america is probably much better defended from nuclear missiles than australia is too
