I definitely agree that this may only amplify the cynical attitude in people, but if the game not only indicates what's wrong in this world, but also openly asks a question "Is this how it should be?", that risk becomes minimal. The hard part is to make this question visible, to ask it in such a way that people could hear it.

Interesting observation Smokee, I just wish I could have some solitude. It feels like people are constantly diluting me. Everyone wants something from me, they want me to listen to their problems, or they want me to drink with them, or watch sitcoms with them, all I want is to be in my room and make my art, but it never seems that easy. I don't think anythings inevitable though, maybe death. I think the people who believe the matrix is inevitable have been sold that particular dream and so they can't see any other possibilities. I think people get locked into narratives, alot of it is to do with the stories we tell ourselves. But I don't buy into the collective vision of insanity, only my own. There are many other possible futures. Alot of people have been trained to submit to authority, so much so that they've internalized it, and so they actually enjoy submitting their individuality. But a world were everyone is like that would be very dull, people would be like ants. The political class actually favors that kind of dystopia because it is predictable and no one gets a free ride above their allocated position in society. I think that's partially why this vision is disproportionately promulgated by the media . Also that matrix vision gives people a green light to not really have to think too deeply about anything, and that's comforting for some, cause introspection always leads back to the self, which is an uncomfortable place for alot of people. On a side note, it's possible we could already be living inside a matrix, and creating another might just be forming a nested reality. speaking of the matrix, have a gander at this paper www.researchgate.net/publication/51643856_Molecular_biocoding_of_insulinwww.ijser.org/paper/The_Insulin_Bio_Code_Standard_Deviation.html
