Just the local council. Did a mail drop to say they were doing a big crack-down.
I mean cats kill native animals and stuff so they're bad (gotta keep my cat in at night because there're nice possums living in my walls and she really wants to eat a rainbow lorikeet she told me) but : (

I thought maybe you were referring to some all-encompassing, cat stealing conspiracy plot or something. There's always been a ton of missing cat posters around preston/thornbury, I always wondered where all the cats were going.
