Thanks for the name correction, fixed it.
I dont remember the black creature appearing in flower gunner but he is pretty good in death fighter 1.
My favorite game is 3 and 4 because of the amount of content, my favorite character is the doctor from 4 because he can clone himself and it lags the fuck out of the game. Morr is also pretty good, he always looks different throughout the death fighters which is cool. All of them are really cool though, I like it mainly because they always have very good surreal music and showcase interesting lore.

I don't know which one is my favorite. Probably the last one, it was the most playable.
I liked the character plant, he looked like a creature from Johnny 2, that appears halfway through the game.

I'd have to say that 1 and 3 are my favorites. 2, only has three characters, I can't get half of the moves to work, and I can't get it to do more than one round OR exit without using Task Manager. 4 might have been better if some moves didn't get your character stuck in the ground, and had better backgrounds.
I wish Jin's DF game had come to fruition. I miss Johnny and was sad to see he was only in the first one. Plus Magic Jimbo Wizz had a better design in that one, and Zogon looks like he would have been awesome.

HELP!
I went to play Death Fighter 4 this morning, and all I get is an error stating:
This is also happening with DF3. 1 and 2 seem fine. This is even happening after deleting them and redownloading them from the Kubus Mirror at Glorious Trainwrecks (where I got 'em in the first place) and yes, also rebooting the whole machine.

I think I've figured out what the problem is, although I currently don't have a solution; old GM games are suddenly doing this. I tried running something I made 100 years ago in GameMaker 6 and get the same error.
The odd thing is, it only started happening to my knowledge when I tried to run DF4 that night. Even weirder, testing my own old game was after I did a complete wipe last night.
