Crunge

This is one of the more recent creations, I like the backgrounds (the football one is great, reminds me of Blood's Head Soccer  ) on all the levels and the bouncing enemies... I need to play Crunge again, I vaguely remember what the end boss looked like!

Ohh, I was waiting for a Crunge thread!!!!

That's actually my favorite BW game after Earwax Sculptures. I love RotSF but Crunge is literally gold

I remember playing something like this in my childhood?? Like where you shoot upwards at something big, but it splits into smaller versions of itself.. I vaguely remember how this type of game was even called... But It's literally one of the best of Jinx's works !!

I remember being stuck on one of the volcano levels a while back.. Just replayed the whole game and I STILL got stuck for about a good 5 minutes or so..

A little challenging to get the giant magma ball inside the "box" thing, but I did it!

The final boss was really cool!! He was relatively simple to beat, but he was the most fun to deal with!

And the "You Win" screen is really wholesome .. Crunge is a great little adventure and is one of the most well-made 2D shooter games I've ever played. Also really loved the music on every level and how the Player character's eyes popped out of his head when he was dancing upon finishing a level lol

Thanks for reminding me about the boss, he looks terrific! In the readme with the game, Jinx says that Crunge is a clone of an old arcade game "Pang" - maybe that's the one you are talking about
